Job requirements

The Business Development Manager is co-responsible for establishing SkinVision in the German Market. The German market is opening up for mobile health solutions and active deployment of technology within healthcare. Insurance companies and other stakeholders in the market are open for solutions like SkinVision. This is a perfect opportunity for a pragmatic business leader and problem solver with understanding of the local healthcare landscape who is eager to take a central role in scaling SkinVision throughout Germany.


Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop strategic initiatives to increase awareness, market acceptance and revenue generation through partnerships with relevant stakeholders 
  • Design, negotiate and close contracts with partners
  • Manage the partnerships with main health insurers, doctor associations and other key stakeholder across the German market
  • Enable effective programs with partners including effective communication to and conversion of users to the SkinVision service
  • Use different quantitative and analytical skills to forecast and track key metrics
  • Communicate and report the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of SkinVision according to client needs and objectives
  • Pitch and represent SkinVision in networking events and towards relevant stakeholders
What you will bring in
  • Minimum education: Master degree
  • Minimum 8 years working experience, including hands on experience in business & strategy development, account management, sales or marketing. For example at a (private) health insurer, a health scale-up or in a consulting environment
  • You have experience with negotiating and closing commercial deals with major business impact
  • You have an excellent understanding of the health insurance and/or healthcare industry
  • You are a natural communicator with excellent listening and presentation skills with the ability to inspire people and to positively influence internal and external key stakeholders
  • You are analytical and enjoy solving issues, coupled with the ability to work with diverse groups
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills
  • You are comfortable to perform under ambiguity. You enjoy challenges and can easily bring positive energy to solve them
  • You are proficient in both German and English, verbally and written
