Position Overview:

As our Content & Communications Manager, you’ll be at the heart of SkinVision’s story: crafting, shaping, and sharing it across every channel and touchpoint. From compelling top-of-funnel campaigns and inspiring educational content to clear in-app messaging and impactful partner communications, you’ll lead the full content lifecycle with creativity and precision.

You’ll be the guardian of SkinVision’s voice: setting the tone, raising the bar, and ensuring our content connects, engages, and converts while staying true to our clinical credibility and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

- Develop and lead a unified content strategy across:

  •  Website and our blog/article (WordPress)

  •  Social media (Focus channels: Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • App stores (Google Play / App Store listings, visuals, ASO)

  •  In-app content (onboarding, educational tooltips, push copy)

  • Partner websites and external channels (co-branded placements, guest posts, content toolkits)

-Build and manage a multi-channel editorial calendar tied to campaign, product, and brand.

-Define content types, audience journeys, tone-of-voice applications, and KPIs for each platform.

-Coordinate localization, translation, and regional content planning with internal and external teams.

Content Production & Execution

-Manage content production across formats:

  • Web content: articles, blogs, different type of content blocks

  • Social media content (copy, carousels, short and long form videos)

  • Campaign assets (landing pages, email copy, email assets, testimonials)

  • App store listings and updates

  • App content: overall copies, including but not limited to: onboarding, activation, educational content, alerts + reminders

-Oversee the full content lifecycle: briefing → producing → stakeholder review → QA → publishing.

-Collaborate and manage required freelancers, such as graphic+motion designers, copywriter, translator, and video editors.

Content Governance & Brand Quality

-Ensure all content adheres to:

  • SkinVision’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual style

  • Regulatory and medical communication standards

  • Accessibility and localization best practices

-Maintain, evolve, and educate teams on the content style guide and production

-QA all outgoing content: web, app, social, or external-facing before it goes live

Website Management

-Lead the content structure and strategy for skinvision.com

-Ensure site content is up-to-date, well-structured, mobile-optimized, and conversion-friendly

-Manage global and local content blocks, categories, and SEO elements

-Manage the production of SkinVision articles / blogs to drive quality traffic, notably from SEO

-Identify and fill gaps across the content funnel, from education to conversion

Social Media Management

-Define SkinVision social media strategy

-Plan and execute social media content (organic and support for paid)

-Manage asset production, and performance optimization

External Content & Partnerships

-Create, adapt, and manage co-branded or syndicated content for partner platforms

-Collaborate with external partners, clinic, and research partners to create or approve:

  • Educational articles, landing pages, press features

  • Use-case content and testimonials

  • Co-branded campaigns and announcements

-Ensure all external content reflects SkinVision’s standards and message

Performance & Optimization

-Define success metrics for each content channel (e.g., engagement, traffic, CTR, downloads)

-Monitor analytics (GA4, app stores, social) and report on content performance

-Use data to iterate content strategy, formats, and channel focus

Job requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in content, communications, or digital editorial roles.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both are mandatory). Additional language skills, especially German is considered a plus.

  • Strong portfolio spanning web, app, social media, and/or partner content strategy.

  • Proven ability to manage and implement cross-platform content strategies in the most efficient way.

  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, especially in health, science, or B2C tech.

  • Deep understanding of brand tone, editorial standards, and structured content

  • Vast experience in collaborating and managing designers, agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and content localization

  • Excellent project management skills is a must
