Position Overview

We are seeking a CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and grow our consumer engagement efforts across the full user lifecycle. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of multichannel campaigns, with the goal of improving acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

  • Lifecycle & CRM Marketing

    • Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app messages, content card, and pop-ups using Braze.

    • Build dynamic user journeys that align with lifecycle stages: acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement across all touch points.

    • Define and manage audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and message personalization logic.

  • Consumer Engagement Strategy

    • Design and test messaging strategies that increase app usage, selected event completion, repeat usage, and long-term retention.

    • Partner with Product and Data teams to align CRM flows with key product attributes, updates, and user behaviors.

    • Lead the editorial direction of CRM communications while maintaining SkinVision’s tone of voice.

  • Analytics & Optimization

    • Monitor CRM performance metrics, including open/click rates, engagement per message type, conversions, and retention.

    • Use Braze reports and analytics tools (Looker, Google Analytics) to analyze funnel performance and identify improvement areas.

    • Continuously A/B test subject lines, timing, channel mix, audience, and content for improved outcomes.

  • Support for Paid Media

    • Coordinate with the acquisition / paid media team to align on post-acquisition campaigns.

    • Share CRM insights to inform acquisition targeting and audience refinement.

Job requirements

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or engagement marketing - ideally within B2C, app-based, or subscription-driven businesses- gained across sectors such as A-brand FMCG, marketing agencies, healthtech, wellness, or insurance.

  • Proven expertise in Braze, including Canvas, Liquid logic, segmentation, and campaign reporting.

  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable user behavior through multichannel CRM programs.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of CRM metrics, funnel optimization, and event-based messaging.

  • Experience with Braze analytics, plus tools like Google Analytics / Looker.

  • Strong understanding of customer data flows, tag/event setup, and journey logic.

Strategic & Creative Thinking

  • Ability to design lifecycle programs that are both data-driven and user-centric, to optimize performance based on user behavior insights.

  • Strong grasp of customer journeys, messaging personalization, and content timing across different digital touchpoints.

  • Experience developing content calendars and testing plans.
