Skin cancer cases are growing at an alarming rate globally. In fact, 1 in 5 people will get skin cancer, but only 3% of the high-risk population is known to the health authorities. At SkinVision, we are on a mission to save the lives of 250,000 people in the next ten years by revolutionizing skin care management. Our technology allows users to take ownership of their skin health, recognizing (early) signs of skin cancer from anywhere, at any time, by combining the recommendations of AI and dermatologists.
Customer Success Specialist at SkinVision
SkinVision is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our partners in BENELUX. You will drive activation, performance, and growth by guiding partners through onboarding, integration, and ongoing adoption. Dutch fluency is required.
You will work across pre-sales, onboarding, live operations, and partner expansion by collaborating closely with business development, product, technology, marketing, legal, and customer service. The role blends operational ownership with commercial awareness, relying on data and strong partner relationships to drive results.
What You will Do:
Own the full customer journey for BENELUX partners from pre-sales to onboarding, activation, performance management, and long-term growth
Lead partner onboarding, including API integrations, internal workflows, and technical setup
Track and drive activation and performance.
Ensure all partner KPIs are met by identifying trends early, forecasting needs, and proactively addressing issues
Work cross-functionally with product, technology, customer service, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth execution and remove blockers
Support commercial discussions around expansion, usage forecasts, and contract alignment
Coordinate partner campaigns.
Build strong partner relationships based on operational excellence, clarity, and measurable value
Educate partners on best practices to integrate and promote SkinVision within their workflows
Provide structured reporting and insights to keep partners aligned with their goals
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills
3+ years in Customer Success within SaaS, digital health, or technology-focused environments
Experience with API integrations, technical onboarding, or working alongside development teams
Comfortable working with dashboards, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
Strong operational mindset combined with commercial thinking and experience
Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and timelines simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally to solve partner-related issues
Ability to anticipate situations, resolve risks proactively, and communicate clearly
Preferably:
Familiarity with mobile app analytics or healthtech solutions
Background working in scale-up or high-growth environments
Experience with tools such as Pipedrive, Looker, Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
