DACH Business Manager at SkinVision:
The DACH Business Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, partnerships, and market expansion for SkinVision across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role combines market development, healthcare partnerships, regulatory alignment, and revenue generation in one of Europe’s most important healthcare markets.
What you will do:
1.Market Expansion
• Develop and execute the DACH go-to-market strategy
• Identify and penetrate key healthcare channels: Dermatology networks; Health insurers; Telemedicine providers; Pharmacies; Employer health programs
• Build regional partnerships to accelerate adoption
2. Strategic Partnerships
Establish and manage collaborations with:
Health insurers (Krankenkassen)
Dermatology clinics and medical groups
Digital health platforms
Pharmaceutical companies
Corporate wellness providers
3. Commercial Growth
Responsible for:
Revenue growth in the DACH region
Negotiating partnership agreements
Developing scalable distribution models
Supporting pricing and reimbursement strategies
4. Healthcare Ecosystem Development
The DACH manager acts as a local healthcare ambassador.
Activities include:
Engaging with dermatology associations
Supporting clinical validation initiatives
Representing SkinVision at healthcare conferences
Working with regulators and digital health stakeholders
Job requirements
At least 7 experience in Healthcare / digital health / medtech / pharma background
Experience with DACH healthcare systems
Strong business development and partnerships track record
Key competencies include:
Strategic market development
Healthcare reimbursement knowledge
Negotiation and partnership building
Regulatory awareness (medical device / digital health)
Stakeholder management with clinicians and insurers
Network
A strong candidate typically has connections with:
Dermatology leaders
Health insurers (AOK, TK, Barmer, etc.)
Digital health companies
Healthcare regulators
Pharma or medtech organizations
