We are looking for a Data Analysis Manager who will be responsible for strategising and implementing the company-wide data insights approach to enable internal business partners to take data driven decisions and report to the management team on business performance. In this role, you will ensure the company-wide data insights strategy is effectively established (defined, done and documented), and will facilitate a data-driven mindset throughout the organisation. This is done by collaborating with the internal business partners (e.g. business, marketing, customer success and technology teams) to fully understand roadblocks and take action to shape our services to meet customers’ expectations.
