Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Growth and Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in mobile app growth marketing and conversion optimization. This individual will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our app by optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mobile marketing, app funnel analysis, and growth hacking techniques that drive app performance. While the role requires a solid understanding of growth and performance marketing, it also involves direct execution with excellence. If you're passionate about data, conversion metrics, and finding creative ways to grow a mobile app, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve app visibility and organic search rankings in app stores and search engines.

  • Digital Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive app installs, user acquisition, and conversions.

  • Mobile App Conversion Optimization:
    • Analyze the app funnel and identify key areas for improvement to maximize conversion rates from installs to active users and paying customers.

    • Implement and test conversion optimization strategies across the app, including onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and retention tactics.

  • Consumer Engagement Channels:
    • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting specific user segments.

    • Oversee in-app communication, including push notifications and in-app messaging, to drive user engagement and retention.

  • Growth Hacking: Identify and execute new growth opportunities, leveraging creative and data-driven approaches to boost app performance.

  • Campaign Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Managing Freelancers and Agencies: Oversee relationships with external freelancers and agencies, ensuring that their work aligns with our growth objectives. This includes setting clear expectations, managing timelines, providing feedback, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. Collaborate with them to execute campaigns effectively and optimize performance.




Job requirements

Key Qualifications


Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically in mobile app businesses.

  • Proven track record of running successful SEO campaigns, digital paid ads, and consumer engagement channels for mobile apps.

  • Demonstrated experience in mobile app conversion optimization, with a deep understanding of mobile marketing principles and funnel analysis.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, including ASO (App Store Optimization).

  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and mobile app communication platforms (e.g., Braze, Moengage, CleverTap) for push notifications, in-app messaging, and email campaigns.

  • Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing, with a deep understanding of app analytics tools (e.g., Branch, Mixpanel, Adjust, Looker).

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills to craft compelling messages across various channels.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage internal and external projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with goals. Skilled in coordinating teams, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

    Please note : This is an onsite role at SkinVision Headquarters in Amsterdam, so candidates must be based in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the country. Unfortunately, we do not offer relocation packages for this position.
