Job description
As the Growth Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end growth lifecycle for the SkinVision app and digital products. Your mission: to drive new user acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, enhance engagement, and boost retention. Using data-driven insights, you’ll continuously iterate our growth approach, identifying the most effective channels and tactics to maximize user lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow new user signups and active user base.
Analyze product metrics, user behavior data, and cohort trends to identify growth opportunities.
Design, test, and optimize campaigns for user acquisition, onboarding flows, in-app experiences, and retention tactics.
Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives.
Track growth metrics, develop growth roadmaps, and report on performance to leadership.
Keep current with industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices in mobile app growth.
Job requirements
Essential Skills:
5-6 years of growth-focused product management experience, preferably in mobile or digital health.
Proven record in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for mobile apps or digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and deriving actionable insights.
Proficiency in growth marketing tactics, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user experience design.
Collaborative and cross-functional experience with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
Familiarity with mobile app development, analytics platforms( looker), and growth marketing tools( Ahrefs,Braze,Google optimize,Amplitude, Mixpanel etc).
Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives, manage cross-functional timelines, and execute growth projects effectively.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills to enhance the effectiveness of landing pages, app store listings, and acquisition funnels.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in the healthcare or medtech industry.
Experience with growth hacking techniques and identifying unconventional growth channels for rapid user acquisition.
Knowledge of digital health regulations and user privacy best practices.
Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered product development.
Experience working in international markets and a nuanced understanding of regional growth challenges and user behaviors.
Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve app visibility and conversion on major app platforms.
Knowledge of behavioral psychology and user retention strategies for creating habit-forming product experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Business, Data Science) is a plus.
Certifications in Product Management: Certification from recognized institutions, such as Product School, General Assembly, Pragmatic Institute, or similar,
Professional Certifications in Analytics or Growth Marketing: Certifications such as Google Analytics, Growth Marketing (Reforge, CXL), or similar can be advantageous.
