As a Recruitment Intern at SkinVision, you will gain a front-row seat to the world of talent acquisition. You will be part of a collaborative and driven team, playing a hands-on role in how we attract and engage talent. From relationship-building with universities and recruitment partners to helping craft compelling job ads and sourcing future candidates, your work will directly impact our growth.
This role is an exciting blend of people engagement, research, creativity, and organizational skills - perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and is hungry to learn how recruitment works behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with universities to promote internships and entry-level opportunities.
Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Research market trends and upcoming hiring needs, providing insights that help shape our recruitment strategy.
Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future roles (talent pool).
Update and optimize job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., source effectiveness, time-to-fill).
Assist with employer branding projects, such as creating recruitment content, employee spotlights, and social media campaigns.
Help organize and represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and virtual info sessions.
Provide administrative support and process improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Assisting with reference and background checks (when needed).
Job requirements
Requirements:
You are studying and living in the Netherlands
You are available for approximately 6 months, starting from September or October.
You are currently enrolled in a university and will remain enrolled throughout the internship.
You have real empathy and a genuine interest in people, and you care about creating good experiences for candidates and colleagues.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Bonus points if you speak other languages too!
You are ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn, but you are also someone who knows how to have fun while doing meaningful work.
Detail-oriented, ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
Good time management skills.
Experience with LinkedIn (as a recruitment tool) and Recruitee - it is a plus, but not required; we can teach you.
