About you:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a keen eye for detail. As the backbone of our daily operations, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and well-structured workplace by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with team members to support their needs, handle office logistics, and help create a welcoming and professional environment. If you have excellent organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace;
Set up lunch 3 times a week;
Organize office activities, team-building events, and wellness programs;
Collaborate with third-party companies such as the landlord, cleaning services etc., to ensure that the office is tidy and organized;
Book travel and accommodation for our commercial team;
Renovate the office to make it a nicer place to work;
Provide administrative support to executives;
Manage office budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations;
Request and deactivate NS Business cards.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Availability to work part-time (3 days a week) from our office in Amsterdam;
At least two years of experience in office management or administrative support;
Can engage with people by phone and face-to-face communication;
Proficiency at managing time and prioritizing multiple tasks;
Proactive, creative, and positive personality
Problem solver, self-starter
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take full ownership.
Only candidates who are currently in the Netherlands and legally eligible to work without sponsorship will be considered for this role.
